Two Day Trip to Palm Springs


 

Day One:

First stop: Visitor Center for some info and a beautiful example of mid-century architecture.

 

Second Stop: King's Highway and Amigo Room at Ace Hotel for lunch and their famous date smoothie...yum!

 

Third Stop: Pool time

Fourth Stop: Koffi Coffee for locally roasted and freshly brewed coffee to go!

Fifth Stop: Many stops on our little mid-century house tour (below is a few addresses)

DAY TWO:

First Stop: Breakfast at Wexler's Deli at Arrive Hotel

 

Second Stop: Palm Springs City Hall which showcases mid-1950s design elements with palm trees & a wall of metal tubing (3200 E Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262). 

 

Third Stop: Kaufmann Desert House + surrounding area (470 West Vista Chino)

 

 

Fourth Stop: Lunch poolside at hotel

Fifth Stop: Palm Springs Art Museum 

 

Sixth Stop: Drinks at Bootlefer Tiki and walk around main street and then head back home!
